-name (Villains can hold royalty titles like King, Queen, Princess, and Prince; but they are NOT considered Royalties)
-age
-DOB
-Gender
-picture drawn by yourself (can't be commissioned, vectored, traced, stolen, or made in a character-creator/dress up game). We're not looking for the best artists; we're looking for the ones with thought and effort put into them. Can be traditional or digital.

-Theme: The theme on what your villain is based on
-Starter Powers. ONE main power, ONE side/weaker power. An example would be that Ice King's main power is manipulation of Ice, and the side power would be flying with his beard.
-Catchphrase: Algebraically awesome catchphrase needs to also be written in the artists' comments.
-Weakness: EVERY VILLAIN MUST HAVE A CLEAR WEAKNESS DRAWN AND LABELED. No one is invincible. The weakness must make sense and correspond with the theme. A fire-themed Villain would have a weakness to water, etc.

Villain name: The name of your Villain. Typically things that have to do with their theme, and usually don't sound like regular human names.
Age and DOB: Age and DOB. Please be logical with age. We don't want a senior citizen going around saying he's 13. Viceversa. For DOB only month and day are required.
Hero Gender: Sits-to-pee or Stands-to-pee?

Motive: There's more than one type of villain! Be creative! What drives your villain to be evil and do bad things? And please don't say things like "just to be evil" or "just for the fun of it" or something like that. Give their evil-ness a reason >

Personality/Behaviours: What is your Oooian's personality? What do they like? Dislike? What's they're greatest fear? Does your villain have any hobbies? etc.

Hometown and History: Where are they from? What's their backstory? How did they meet? Please no MarySues or GaryStus. Apps could be denied on history alone even if everything else is fantabulous if the history isn't good. You'll need at least a FAT paragraph (at least around 8 sentences.) Villains require the most history.

Homebase/ Home: Where do they live? Think of Ice King's home or Marceline's. Yourcharacter needs a place to live, too! Be creative; All of us can't live in icey mountains or in caves. Know that their theme must influence what they live in/where they live. A paragraph is required.

Catchphrase: Adventure Time. Known for it's catchphrases that are so algebraic! Your hero needs at least one catch phrase, but can have more. No profanity, please.

Extra Quirks: Anything else? Their favorite food? Their best friend (another deviant's character)? Their arch nemesis? Explainations of things in the picture? All those kind of things go here.
