She was originally going to be my character for #PsychedeliqueHQ, but after I had finished linearting and flat colouring, I didn't quite like her.
I thought that even though I didn't like her, someone else might? Idk lol it's better than having this character design rot in a folder on my desktop lol
I think her hair is my favourite part of the design ...

I really like the combination of bright blue + bright pink thanks to ~CaptainStrawberry
